Help with my CO

Guys, i got this new PC yesterday... instaled CO from 5018 version, downloaded patchs.
Im able to enter in the game, but when i try to login one msg comes...
"conquer have to be closed..."
i installed 3 times again... and im still with the problem..
Can someone help me?

1) Remove Conquer Online 2.0 from your Computer
2) Remove your Conquer 2.0 Folder
3) Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and download "FlashGet"
4) Right click on "Game Client 11 (Official) (options) and copy the "URL"
5) Open FlashGet and click of "new" and then on "ok"

Im doing it, but i think it wont fix my problem, coz i have an client in version 5018...
I used it to reinstall alot of times, but nothing...
Im almost formating my pc =/

Install a recent directx, update your graphics card and audio drivers and run a windows update.
Check the CO folder has relevent read/write permissions, maybe login as admin to test. Turn off windows firewall and replace it with something useful like zonealarm.

It's impossible to know what's wrong based on that error, could be just about anything. If you posted some debug information it'd be more useful, why don't you ask this in the CO tech support forum rather than here?

My directx is 9.0c

Well... i can say that i downloaded the version 5018, downloaded the patchs, run all correctly, but cant login
I have other pc here in my house... i copy the conquer folder from it, with a pen drive, and past here on my pc, but i had the same problem.. can it be the windows? its a xp..
before i had other windows on this same pc, and the conquer works... =/

it looks like an error when i tried to edit memory address and its invalid @@ (like the zoom address, u go over a certain point)
i dont think it is related to drivers, since u can get in the client login page
install it in another folder, maybe u have hacks or program earlier on, and it messed up the addresses

Its cleaned no hacks... but i will try to install it in other folder....

upgrade everything u got on the new pc to max, like direct x newwest version, framework, just everything, should fix a lot of things that ur gonna come across, done that with mine and it worked O.o

My direct x is the 9.0c, i dont think have any better...
And my Microsoft .NET Framework is 3.5
I need better things than this?
