Request for Making sro Private server tutorial

I want to make a private server for south east asia, but I am new to silkroad private server hosting. Can anyone give me a link to tutorial or give me advices. I want to try to make it by myself.
What I know is need a server file, media.pk2 , and some command for admin.
If there any wrongs , Please fix me. Thanks :handsdown:

thanks H2K, I thought emu cant work with the hosting but I know GrindRoad done with emu host.

It's not working. The server files link download is invalid. I tried to do with with newer server files but it aint works at me.
