It went boom

Idk if it a server error or what,but yesterday I got dc'd off mabi and when i tried to log back in it kept saying "Invalid ID and Pass", then I tried from website it says "Too many attempts.Please Try Later"

Any thoughts on what happened?

your banned. or you just need to log in with registered email.

Trying logging in using your email as your account name, should fix the problem.

Most banned accounts either give client id is blocked or some other for a 10 day ban.

Tried with email still no luck, oh well Ill just wait for a few days Thanks for the help guys ^^

I can log into my account, neither on my friends account. And my friend has not used it almost for 2 months now, so I doubt is a Ban for that account.Same error "Wrong ID or Password" and " Too many attempts. Try again later" message that wont go away. Also tried loggin via website, and using the email.
Maybe its an IP ban? idk but that doesnt explains my friends account.

A potential IP ban would mean that ANY account trying to be used will have the same problem as long as you're using the same IP address as before. Adam is correct, try resetting your modem/router/switch and if that doesnt work, it's possible you've been host banned (any IP under the host of your ISP for instance). The only way around that is via proxy or vpn.


Lodge a ticket and ask them wtf is going on.

I think it had to do with the new portal being implemented, I think they also want you to start changing your password every 3 months. Just remember your info and reset your password, all should be well.

I logged on NA for the first time in over 20 weeks yesterday, with no issues.

Their 3 month thing is clearly not working.

Well Im able to log in to my other account, but not my main account, does that mean my main account has been permabanned or something?

I dont know, I doubt it, because guildies told me if I was banned Id get an email saying I was banned, Ill just wait it out for a few days, or try a proxy

True about the IP ban, I wouldnt be able to acces any account. But still if it was a Account ban, I never got an email explaining me the situation. Guess I'll try to reset my password or just wait.

If when you login, it doesn't say "This account has been suspended. Please appeal via-etc" then, you're not banned.
