How could i buy kbot ... ?

Hello i would like to buy kbot but i can't buy with paypal or any other of that stuff because im 16 and im still underage and can't get a credit card i can buy money for my cellphone. And was thinking if i could buy money for my phone and 6.00 Croatian Kuna (HRK) = 1.16 United States Dollar (USD) So i could get a onebip account put in there some money with my cellphone give the account to the reseller and then he would take that money from the onebip acc and put it on his paypal or some other "keep money" site.

And he would give me the license ;D !

I would have to pay 90 Kuna wich is so so not so big price but not so small too :P

Is it possible ?

UPDATE :
Okay asked my parents they say they got some of them in some local shops where i live but i have to buy em in euros , All i can buy is 10, 25, 50 i 100 Euros On PaySafeCard

Hell I dont know if here in my town there are any PSC... btw if i Found one of them you can charge my cell and I can buy u a PSC :D
