How do I play metin2 private server offline?

I could donate a little bit of money to anyone who actually is of any help.
I do have a skype if you want to help me step by step

Ok, I want to be able to play metin2 offline, but as such as a private server.
Such as rates being 800x exp/drop/gold and then I want to beable to be like a "GM/SA" whatever you want to call it where I am able to spawn items/monsters/metins and so on

Basically I want to be on a private server, alone and have all the powers :D and I would like the items/mobs to be in English as for channels/npcs and such I do not care if there names are in english or

there is a way, it might not be offline
but its not on a you know server, like your own hamachi or whatever

I was told once just turn the IP of the server into like 00.00.000.0 or something like that but i dont even have a clue where to type that in nor do I know the exact IP i need nor do I know how ot edit the files or whatever so i can spawn em...

This won't work because Metin2 is a Clinet <-> Server game if you know what i mean.
The Client is not able to save some informations so you can't play offline.
But a little Private server only for you could exactly what you want.

how would I go about doing this?
Would I beable to run it off the same computer I play it on?
Or would I have to purchase a server? what do I do?

If your computer is fast enough it will work.
If you have a very slow computer it won't work or lag.
How to get a own server is more then onece explained.
But mostly it's on german.

and any clue on how i would get the gm powers? and english?
