Is there any speedhack for cabal thailand server??

I try to search for one but there is only for SEA and NA.......

i heard about using CE and bypassing xtrap.... but i have no idea how too...= ="

so like above is there anything that can increase you skill's speed and delay.??
or basically use more skill in a shorter time....

Googl for some progs and a bypass, we dun have one for thai.
