The truth about Assbut...

Hey all,

I am writing this as a warning to everyone who "assbut" bought a kbot license for...

Assbut is a child. The credit card he used was obviously not his and now the owner has begun taking action about all these different payments which have been made without their consent.

Recently "assbut" purchased some source code from me for around $250, I immediately sent him the source code, I know he received and used it okay because he made a video of himself using it.

One month later, I get a nice PayPal claim through, the card owner has classed it as an un-authorised payment with their bank. I am now in a dispute with PayPal and the card issuer... If the case does not end in my favour (looks that way) then I owe $250 on top of the bank charges!

This will happen to whoever he purchased the Kbot licenses from and I can almost guarantee that 99% of whoever got the licenses will have their license de-activated because of the payments being reversed.

Just thought you all had a right to know :)

well thats one sick thing to do. too bad i fell for it. anyways time to move on. thats why i dont like paypal because of chargeback lol. hopefully i wont loose the license hehehe

dehacks, he bought from you sooo you dont have to give nothing.
i had an issue like that but instead of a child it was thief, the owner wanted the money back, but i already invested the money, so he went to court with me but i WON, because it was hes reponsability, and what is bought is bought and what is spent is spent so i think youll win this one =)

yeah thats what dehacker was trying to say. and if you let paypal fight the dispute for you, you will surely lose. but if u go to court and ask paypal to help you then let the court decide. hopefully it will go on your favor. goodluck

Dunno what you're on about, if you're suggesting I am lying about the amount he paid then you're severely wrong. Do you have any idea how much source code is worth ?

Thank you all so much for your encouragement, I will hopefully win this thing against PayPal, but I'm not holding my hopes up.

What I can tell you all is, once I get my life back on track... There will be a new free bot coming your way.

I want to say thank you to everyone on these forums for all their support over the past year, what better way to say thanks than to build you all a free bot? :)

Either that or I'll see if Hell.Is.Coming will allow me to contribute towards the coding of KatBot.
