Metin2 P-server bugs

Hi, i have made a private server and:
1. sometime when make new character it spawn in ground and i can't move!
2. sometime when make new character it have in inventar weapon/armour with full bonus!
How i can solve this bugs?
PS: (2.) The bug is not in main quest lvl 1!

Change spawn location:
open folder of your map in filezilla and open Setting.txt
The numbers next to 'BasePosition' set your spawn location.
Just change it to the right coordinates, save file and upload it. Then reboot your server and now your characters should spawn at the right location.
