Someone should there a solution to this problem?
Also when I want into games I do not have confirmation

That problem may be located in your database, not in your files.
As far as I know, the password for deleting a character is queried from the column "id_no1" or "id_no2", located in your dbo.ACCOUNT_TBL.
You should try to fill in these two columnes with your md5 crypted password. After that try deleting a character again.

Maybe it works on this way.
