Problem with my acc [ Used kBot ]

error code 13 means that you are banned.
google translate is really hard to understand.
but yeah from the error code thats all i can tell you.
the only thing you can do to get your account unbanned is mail support and never give up, just keep on saying that you didnt bot.
thats how i got my account back 5 times in a row.

if your account is banned then yes.
all you have to write to them is that you cant acces your account on the server --- and ask them why.
if they tell you that you were banned because of botuse then do NOT give up and keep on sending mails saying that you didn't use a bot.
