you need PacketiX VPN 2.0 client english version: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

it connects you to free VPN server :) and there is 3.0 client japanese version,too.

just for tips, when you get the server list, disconnect VPN connection and connect to a server listed. this help you reduce lags caused by VPN connection. if this tip doesn't work, you should use PacketiX VPN 3.0 japanese client.
