My net was terrible back then, it lagged thus causing lag double post.

Lag double post means 2 post of the same contents posted at the same time. < that we won't give you a warning or infraction. We will just delete that post.

However , a double post means, you posted 2 post one after another, with total different contents. That its called double post.

So note the difference between LAG double post & double post :)
