I find Delphi alot easier than VB as I've had trouble getting the correct parma's using VB, google would be your friend.
Also I like who you support rather than the wastelands (where I infact live 1 mile from).

my advice?
learn vb its one of the easier lang. to learn
there are examples on here somewhere but to add more functionality id advice self creation

i downloaded vb for first time and got the launcher working in like 5 minutes of just trying out and using google. i guess this thread has been opened without even trying to google it. -.-
