Info|Benco Emulator VB.NET + Arcane Packet

ok so since not many emulator build on vb.net i think i try to build out my own emulator based 1.091 packet and translate btw arcane and benco emulator packet to see how packet will be

if you got any suggestion for me this is the time ;)

I think that vb.net was only created for people who new vb and didn't want to learn a new syntax. Anyway if you want to create an emulator for that version you need to sniff the packets from private servers with that version. So kinda old stuff:)
