proxy , or change IP issue.

Hey everyone , its my first post here , i would like to know , if when i use proxy on my brower , it effect also kal.
like , i am using second pc for specual things....
i would like that pc IP will be diffrent frmo my main PC IP.

anyone can explain me if i am doing it right [with proxy on explorer option] or not , and if he got a solution :)
