Im Coding My source 5375 And i Find A Bug...... The Bracelet Can't B Upgrade When is 127... When I Try Upgrade The Dragon Ball Is Consumed And The Bracelet Dont Upgrade...

You're database is probably out of date.
Re-add your items from a decrypted item.dat file from the ini folder of the client.
