i google i but have not found one so far

doesn`t exist since cabalonline is free to play. Why do you want a private server when u can play on the official one for free?

cabal being free to play has nothing to do with it, it just takes time for someone to get ahold of the source code, or write their own code from scratch, there will be one eventually, but i wouldnt bet on it anytime sooon
