I wish I knew how to code these things, this is definitely a good base to make a car performance hack. Just have to figure out how to code to make the game load the files you want instead of the files the server is telling it to load.

As far as I can tell you don't use it to tune your car, you just use it to calculate the performance of your car with varied parts.
