Is my pc okay? Help me!

Hii..

I need a little help with my pc!

This is what i have

Monitor: HP 2009v
Motherboard: ASUSTek
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
Memory: ??
Graphics Card: Radeon HD 4670 (old) (now) Sapphire HD 6850
Sound Card: Creative
Headphones: Aonike X5
Keyboard: Microsoft :3
Mouse: SteelSeries Ikari
Mouse Pad: Fnatic QcK (Pink)
Hard Drive: Maxtor 280 GB

I bought this new card but still my fps is like before when i play games, why is it like that?

What should i buy next?

Serious answers please :3

What Games are you playing? You could be CPU bottlenecked, so your Graphics Card is able to perform better, but your CPU is too weak to let the Card do it

I play games like Left4Dead2, and Spiral Knights, Magicka, Forsaken World

I only get 40 ~ fps in L4D2 wich is even less then my old card, and sometimes when i look at the sky it shows 1xx fps

Your Processor is bad.

And if you have 32 Bit OS, buy 4GB of Memory. (Ram)

Thanks i have 64bit with 3gb ram is that ok?
Must i buy new motherboard to?
