[Important] i have completed my RAPPELZ p-server but

My rappelz p-server is done.

How can some one make a new account without the SQL ?

I Already have my admin account and works really fine =)

PS:Is there a way to keep my server online even when my PC is OFF ?

if u happen to find out how to create an account without going through sql please let me know here other than that u need a root server to turn ur pc off
