i've use proxy and ip change (using your-freedom program), until the registration-step3 my IE shows nothing to be clicked-icon to move to next step.
i'll try to attach the print-screen too.
please help...thanks alot

im not sure what the screen has to do with ip blocking, looks to me more or a browser plug in problem.
