New rappelz P server start??

hey guys i'new here
i wanted to ask you questions about a new Private server
if there was a new rappelz Pserver what would i do first?
what class should i choose
what is the strategy for a new p server gameplay?
should i focus on getting money first?
or focus on leveling ?

you get money mainly with leveling in this game... and you can choose the class you like to play, there is no "best" class.. healers can heal, tanks can tank, of course healer & tanks arent that easy to play solo but they get more dp's at all.. and so on

but its kinda hard to open 3 at once
its laggy even with 1 slave how about 2 :O
