Mod Pserver Translation + + Network Stall

Modifications:
- Translated into English (I will not version in Portuguese);
Stall-operation Network;
- You can use letters in the name of the char;
- Correction of many bugs and texts that do not appear in the original;
- Name of mobs + Level
- Map of respaw of uniques (Thanks Tup 0x33)
Uniques-3x higher than normal;
- No prohibited words in the chat;
- Mudados icons of horses and camels (Thanks Tup 0x33).

Installation: Only unpack in the game (his backup media.pk2 before), only game run normally.
