Charisma for HH skills?

anyone know how much CHA you need for skills?

So... We need 2 regular SP for each skill too? Ouch.. Seems like hunter will be best buffer of all classes :)

will hh skills be only lv 1 or can u get them to 5 aswell
or are they even only upgradable through uniqs etc?

LVL 90 – 110 : 2 HH points per level

LVL 111 – 125 : 3 HH points per level

+1 all skill uniqs doesn't work on them, proof?

heroic skill lvl 1 but u can only learn after lv 90+ because of the requirement.
i think u have to reset skill points because for each upgrade requirement is either 1 skill point or 2 skill points, and 1, 2 or 3 heroic points.
my archer is lv 99 and i have saved 13 skill points for heroic skills so i dont have to reset my build again.
