i need this file (oem.ini)

hi all
i cant find this file (oem.ini) in my clint
my clint version is 1092
and i cant download new clint cuz its big
so plz what i can do
help me plz

What client are you using?

open notepad type this following image up:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

then save it as oem.ini

now i need soul.exe to run server without autopatch
plz uplod this file to me
and my clint is 1092

lol make a shortcut on ur desktop and put blacknull at the end of it there is more guides on the website or on google about making it not auto patch
