My Vote is Yes.

High6 is a very very adept programmer who understands Intermediate to Advanced programming concepts.

Do not base your vote on his application, rather...Look at his status in the CO2 Underground (Lvl 2) and his status in the CO2 Hacks/Discussions board.

Im fully active in the CO2 section, and I know that he has what it takes.

To answer all queries and questions about Skill vs Leecher. He is definitely SKILL!!

Virus topic has been there for 2 days.

high6 has been working on the Cabal Bot. It was entirely him, I have been talking to him about the bot since. He does have good knowledge on what he is doing. But definately is not 16... :P
