HI I have a question: maximum amount in the equipment do this 100kk but some players want on shops for 999kk? Will it be possible to have such an amount in the equipment?

nope. its just for posing purpose and does not have any other uses other than that. you can only sell things at 100kk in a shop without having any troubles.
