high comprsion software

just wondering what best utility is for real high compresion?I use winrar(using windows) and works fine just wondering if there is somthing that has higher comprsion ratio for archiving lots of files?

Its about 10% better then WinRAR. (and nearly 3% better then 7Zip)

for compressing big files or multiple I like kgb archiver. but you need an fine pc for it
