Acc. Banned

Umm! one of my accounts was banned. i Logged into the archlord site with the account and status said: banned
so my question is ... is there any way to unban?

yes you have to send ia ticket in and find out why you are banned.
reasons most common are :-
micro payment problem
click and buy returned
wrong account details

once you find out you can then dispute it

If u log on at the email u used to register the account.Cm sent u an email to explain the ban.They have an adress u can appeal the ban

K i'm half way there. haha how do i send a ticket in (and i checked my email account and nothing was received from the CM)

u said ONE of your ACCOUNTS...and Multi-using is againbst the rules maybe this is the reason why they ban ur account

multi using accounts isnt against the rules, otherwise everyone with cheerleaders would be banned, and CM them selves said that cheerleading is ok.

lol @ ip bans
apperently you need a static ip but my ip changes every day so i dont know why they say that, and i have never been banned.
but yeah mail them, explain where your from, who your internet provider is. and they should unban you unless your from an unsupported country

they ban UK for plvl when the account only has lvl 1 toons as storage hmmm.

mmh, now seriously:

why should they ban someone who just went online two times with different ips? i mean after i got dc at the siege just because my router restarted (yeah, this sucked, now i have other settings <.<) and so i had to come back in very quickly so i had new ip. would they ban me for THAT?? well, when yes, cm, you are really damned mofos! (we know they are ^^)

dont get you down, just try to explain them everything step by step (yes, they will not read pages of text) so they understand the problem.

not allof canada is banned, and the ones who are have been banned due to somecanadian isp's having asian ips.
easy to get unbanned if you are a canadian.
