Doubled Earrings bug (sorta)

I just recently bought 1pc of HELL CRYSTAL EARRINGS for my Sieghart today, suddenly when lag occurs and says 'network status bla bla bla....', I log-out & log-in again,later on I saw my heroic coins that it didn't consume of it so I try to buy again with Dio this time and I received another earrings.WEEEIIIIRRRDDD.:D

i've been doing this bug since last last week XD
i tried the bug i only done it on gnosis earrings
i havent tried on hell crystal lol

u can do a lot of things with lag...XD
