actually yes it does, but you can also just go to the Shaiya PServer Advertisement section and read through the threads that are posted there, you might find a server that fits with what you are looking for

thought that the owner of that server said he didnt want more advertisement of his server in E*PvP....
Plus as i know, that advertising thread is still on the Pserver Advertising Section...if he says that he checked and none fits....then as Shadow said, there is no server for you then

i cant set it there no new guild i go to omiga guild and it didnt work alot of diffrence

you know that there is a search button don't you? if you don't, then click on the search button of my siggy and then type your question and set it to look under shaiya sub-forum, there are a lot of threads that will help you on this, just dont be lazy and take the time to read/learn about what is needed to do to set up a proper server
