Website Bug?

Hey
I have a question.
Is there a bug on the conquer site which allows you to modify email if somebody already changed it?
Im askin cuz i bought a char and got full info.I changed email to mine and all was good. But if i wanted to log in it says wrong password and i cant send pw to email. i cant understand that because he couldnt change email cuz i already change pw and email.
Pls help me.
And if somebody knows how this bug works pls tell me :(

i think its related to website cookies that hasnt expire
most likely, its over for u
its a scam, even gm wont help u because its straightly restricted to trade/buy accounts

he/she proberly knew the acount ID(8-digit number)from making the account and uses it to renew the pass without email.
