Make OPs and LC drop in large areas and with a good drop rate or server will be ruled by donnaters, cause if drops in GRB people just have once a week to get it and if you are unguild you cant even get them so you can make it drop like in 1-15 pvp or 20-30 cause that will be fair for all and improves the lower lvl pvp

Also LC's are pure and simple a money making item imo.
They should be free and easy to get for everyone. trust me, you will get far less QQ about broken weapons.
