just need some helpfull tips

ok, i been reading throughout the posts for the vac hack + speed hack + wall hack. which i would like to get all of them. i have winhex but im not sure how to work it and what all lines do what. the whole script thing is rather complex for me so i dont know exactly what everything goes to seeing that i dont see the names of monsters and where all the #s go to. can anyone help me understand on how this thing works?

p.s. thanks for reading the post if you reply i will be haply gratified to you. i know it gets very annoying reading the same thing over and over again.

Vac:

Speedhack:

Just open the script with editor and you will see the offsets for every map. Then go to the offsets for the map you want speedhack for and replace the 1 with another number (2 for double speed for example).
Offsets are only for Dekaron EU data.pak.

Wallhack:

Go to offset 3A4F4E50 (Dekaron EU). Scroll down from this point until you find the map you want wallhack for. Replace the ".mac" for this map (for example for denebe it's "deneb.mac") into "login.mac". Add some spaces after "login.mac" if needed.

ahh, is the EU client the European client? cuz im in the U.S. and i dont believe i have that client.. could u get me a link for it ...if u could?

i have a bunch of cvs scripts but i dont think they work anymore..

I quitted 2Moons a very long time ago and I think there's no public Vac-, Speed-, Wallhack atm.

so there is no 2moons DMR hacks that u know of?

Eh, for BMR*, vac works, autopot works, ai thingy works, map doesnt work (it got my lil testing acc autobanned T.T), and never bothered with speed.

You already have WinHex, so that's a start. Just look at your .csv files and think a little. BTW, like Namek mentioned before, data.pak is basically like a .rar file, and .csv files are what you get from unpacking the .pak... like so many others have said, search is useful, even in winHex.

EVERY Hack before BRM still works just a matter of who does and doesn't know how to do it via hex editting, and who wants to risk finding which hacks are auto ban or not. ;)

yea i ment to say BMR xD. i need to get a .pak file unziper. by any chance could u upload the files u have made so i can use them? i have been trying to get a working vac hack and auto poter but no luck what so ever so far. and im still not totaly sure how to use winhex

Well @Toxsin, sorry I'll try map hacks again later, even though I don't need it :P.

But @ jcw, you don't need to reunpack the new daka.pak. The old .csv files you have are nearly the same. Those are all you need. And for WinHex, all you need is the search button. Just search for the things you want to edit. Use your old .csv files as a reference to what you need to search for and/or edit. And, one big tip, when you type in WinHex, you aren't adding anything; you're replacing what's there. So, if you have like 0,0,0,0,0,0,0. And you wanna add a 3 after the first 0, you'll end up having 030,0,0,0,0,0. Copy the line with the values you want to edit and paste it into Notepad. And experiment from there, making sure you have the same number of characters left over as from the original. Commas count as a character too, btw.

ok, i kinda get what ur saying. i get the fun and joy of finding the old cvs files hehe. but like on the winhex do u just find the monster name?

Well, finding the monster's name depends on what hack you want to use. If you look at the old .csv files and know what each of them are for, compare info.csv and monster.csv. Notice how one of them don't have monsters' names... For some other hacks, you need to search for something different. Again, use the .csv files as your reference.

And, yeah, I have TS, but I rarely use it lmfao.

i get what ur saying how to do this now. i have the old usa folder up and im now looking at it and all that fun stuff. but when i go to winhex, its different. or am i sopost to have a cvs script in there somewhere?

Yes any character in there think of it as 1 byte, you have to have the same number of bytes no matter what, so if you have a line like this,
0,1,2,3,4,5
It cannot become...
99,99,99,99,99,99
But it can become...
5,4,3,2,1,0

Csv files no longer work, unless you just want them for easier refferance, then I suggest you search for "Dark inc. unpacker"

winhex is relatively easy just read the tutorials and try to follow as closely as possible always have a back up data.pak, and just experiment.

Adding to what Toxsin said and referring to what I said earlier, the .csv files are simply files unpacked from the data.pak. So, in theory, everything in the .csv files can also be found in the data.pak and can be editted the same. The .csv files only act as a guide to understanding the info in data.pak when you use WinHex and nothing more. Once you understand the values, you may as well delete the .csv files (to save space, if you're a neat freak like me o.O).

Another tip, try opening the .csv files with Notepad. Look at what you get and compare that to the respective values in the data.pak. They look kind of similar don't they...

Oh, and you can try to send me the server. I might go on, or I might not lol. But, only thing is, we need more people like you, lol, that is people who want to work for what they want.

ya thats what i have them open too, right now, im making sure i have everything coming out right here. also im making a back up of data.pak..
where would a wall hack and auto pot go.. iv never had one of them
