Error=13/Error=99

Error=13 and Error=99 means that your acc is banned but is there any difference between this errors? at first my acc was got error 99 but now it got error 13 - that's why I'm asking

i dont think there is any difference with the 2 errors. i have also encountered this with my banned accounts. mostly its error 99

lol. I have a banned accoutn because ofd credit bug. sometimes when I try to login it says loginerror=13 and sometimes 99. I don´t think that there is a difference but I hope that 1 is a non perma bann^^

I wrote letter to Hamburg a few days ago and today I try to login and now I got this error 13. earlier was error 99. that's why I'm asking :) u know, now I've got little hope so I just want to know :)
