well, just a stupid way of thinking (but the only one i can think of) which did not happen but..i never seen smth like that..Oo
maybe someone exchanged the notepad.exe with cmd.exe and renamed the cmd.exe to notepad.exe..oO xD

well, use google, im stuck there..>.<
