That is the Philipine version of FLYFF but , i think you need an Philipine or an east asian ip .

well it depends where you are...like if your in usa , you probably have to change your mac/ip address to play because "THE CHINESE" for example are racist and blocked u.s ip.We blocked theres , they blocked ours...we have a connection here....

You cant download the client from ph , you must have a ph ip...
