Program to edit CSV Files.

Hello all,

Before you say "use the search option" I already have. I havn't been able to find anything to help me so I thought I'd make a post asking for your help!

All I need is a program to edit .CSV files in, but NOT Microsoft Excel.

Why does it matter? If infact you have used search you would know that csv files no longer work through conventional methods nor is there any public method to make them work.

Correct, but we still need the .csv files to know which values to modify in the data.pak ;)

As to the TS, I am using MS Excel XP since day one of the Dekaron EU Closed Beta and it works perfectly fine for me :D

So, does winhex method still work?

Yep, it still works. Tested at Dekaron EU CB & OB.

As we know, currently editing csv is not working because BMR not loading from usa folder anymore and it load directly from data.pak

Thats the program I used to edit them its a fairly simple program but it works

Yeah but i don't need it for 2Moons, I mean Dekaron OB :P

So does this still work for OB? Or you got to use winhex to?

If you really used search, you would know that csv-editing doesn't work in Dekaron EU anymore.
