[Help] map maker

ok guy i remeber somone has released a guide on how to make new map, and teleporters to that map. i cant seem to find it so was wondering if anyone could either direct me to it or show me how to make,
also is there a way to make a legion or family only map so only members of that one legion or family can enter it

u can play with cq_action that only read the legion name ?some tips ?
