Most servers are not crowded , but those who are crowded don't take too long to login (max 20 mins).

Servers like Azteca and Maya, the more new ones are most of the time populated, not crowded. So u will get in them right away
and i'd say with the crowded ones it's 15 mins max to get in ;)
