there are some cabal server that is not english

for example taiwan server..

i need a english patch to understand there words..

I know soundwave3 can code something... but for money. ´Cause someone wanted to play Korean Cabal in English (not full English) in exchange for money.

Or just play an other Cabal version which is English.
