30 mins ress sickness and druid bug???

i saw one guy doing a oneshot kill druid bugg and he had also 30mins of ress sickness he did it with something called "Shriveled Heart" but he didnt want to tell me how he did it not the oneshot druid bug and not the 30 mins ress sickenss....does anyone know how to do these bugs?
