I have got a static ip from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I can see the control panel website. but my friends cant see it.
My ISP gave me a dynamic ip , thats why i got the no-ip in the first place.
i have also forwarded my ports using a program called 'simple port forwarding'.
So what is wrong ?
The no-ip address is supposed to be my WAN ip right ?
I've put the no-ip address in the eathena map_config and char_config too and they cant connect to the server .
What should i do ??
