It's not banned, the pserver hack section is crawling with that stuff, you just have to do some reading here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I don't get it if he wants edited skills there's plenty of threads in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] for it. And I was referring to the actual skill hack (spamming packets to server) last time I knew wasn't allowed to be shared publicly (since it doesn't exist due to the rules).Quote:
