I cant open the game

Hello!

I have all the files put correctly.

But the thing is when i hit the laucher, i click on ''start'' and then i see some strange signs( i think it's chinese).

Guys, please help me i'm trying to get on the server since december :(

also i heard there are some new clients and neccesary pk2's for MHTC that you need to connect with
