Warlock help?

So i was thinkin about making a warlock.Does the warlock DoTs (Damage over Time) depend on your INT? I mean those blood flowers arent good anyway so i would choose DoTs and debuffs.
So is it better for me to make a pure int or a pure str or a hybrid?

if you make a int char make a wizzard/cleric wizzards are the strongest in pvp the can onehit all chars but they die too quick your choise

i dont agree often with DarkChronicle but hes right, but also short tempered ^^

hybrid will is good since warlock i think has fixed dots damage...str for life and int for mana,
