what goes into a patch...

a patch should contain any of the files that the players need to vew what ever information you have updated. For instance if you added a new pet the players would need the files you worked on in the client inorder to be able to purchase it, see it, and various other things.

i would say oem.dat ^^ thats what i do site is up!!

No

The OEM.dat is how they connect to your server. If he added pets for instance he would have to make a new path with the new shop.dat, the new textures (if any apply) and a few other things
