TQ didn't arrest SinXx. >.> Probably didn't even go after him at all. Towards the end of the server he was getting lazy on the fixing of bugs (I'm not saying he should've rushed for fixing things but two months without fixing windbeads when all other servers had it working from the get go?). Tbh, there was also a lot of drama going on in the server so maybe he just got tired of that and everyone wanting him to fix the old bugs and add in all the new stuff coming out.
Anyways it's been over a month now and who knows, maybe he'll reopen with all the new stuff but I doubt it since when the game went down he didn't even tell people it was going down and didn't even put anything on his website about it. And now even the website has been down for a while. So yeah. Keep it in mind but move onto other servers for now.
