haha i used this tool many years ago..those days hackers could send too many remote desktop requests and hack into pc....if u type that ip address in browser it will open thier modem page..and u could get their dsl password..i used to steal thier password and login to get unlimited high speed internet(those days it was costly) lol..
but microsoft fixed this hole with updates..u can still get in modem page and get password but u cannot use their internet account because port binding has been implemented by all internet service providers these days..
u might still catch a noob running some old windows version with it though..

It's just dedicated server :) I was trying it but for me those servers ale too low or their owners kick me fast... but it's good way to run bot 24/7 :D

:D it simply pings the selected ip range to find ips with open ports..ips with port 80 open are accessible

Angry IP scanner is a very fast IP address and port scanner.
