* Fiddlesticks: Dark Wind base damage increased per levels, Crowstorm AP ratio increased to 0.45 from 0.4 and channeling time reduced to 1.5 from 2.0 seconds
* Nunu: Ice Blast slow nerfed on early levels
Nerfs:
Rumble's Ultimate will now be nerfed
Vayne's Q damage will be reduced by 15%
Vayne's E damage will be reduced by %
Vayne's Early game is now nerfed from that. Late game is still well.
Vlad's Cool Down is now from 3 sec to 4 sec
Jarvan's Passive is now 8 magic damage instead of 10
Jarvan's flag armor was from +2 per level and now is +1 per level
Evelyn's Stun is now changed to slow and is 20% slow instead of a 3-5 second stun.
Buffs:
Gangplank's Passive will now be adding a 10% slow that stacks 3 times [his passive will change from 10 seconds to 3 seconds]
FiddleStick's E will be buffed to 5-10-15-20 by level due to the leveling did not help until level 5
FiddleStick's Crow Storm is now being AP buffed [Ultimate]
FiddleStick's Crow Storm channel ratio is comming from 2.0 to >> 1.5 << [Ultimate]
